Marcy Sinclair

With over 30 years of dedicated experience, Marcy Sinclair brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her work with neurodivergent children and youth. Her commitment to developing and leading programs that engage participants' social skills and social-emotional learning began even before she earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Ottawa.

For more than two decades, Marcy served on the Autism and Developmental Disabilities team at one of Ottawa's largest school boards. In this role, she excelled in providing individualized support and effective crisis management to students with diverse needs while collaborating with families and community partners.

As a Certified Autism Specialist (IBCCES) and PEERS® Telehealth Provider through UCLA, Marcy promotes social competence using proven, evidence-based methods. Marcy’s approach is rooted in creating a non-judgmental and welcoming environment where children and youth can develop essential social skills, foster connections, and build lasting confidence.

A lifelong learner, she continuously expands her knowledge through ongoing training and volunteering in the Ottawa community. This ensures children and youth receive the tools to navigate social situations successfully and build a strong foundation for their future.
