Our Professional Services offer collaborative, reflective spaces for clinicians and other professionals to think deeply about their work, explore complexity, and strengthen clinical reasoning alongside trusted peers. Through consultation, supervision, professional development, and invited teaching—including university guest lectures, community education, and conference or workshop presentations—we emphasize practical learning and neurodiversity-affirming perspectives grounded in real-world practice. Our aim is to support clarity, confidence, and ethical decision-making, so you can feel grounded in your work and aligned with your values.

Join a small, closed consultation and peer support group for clinicians working with autistic people across the lifespan. The same 10–12 colleagues meet virtually on eight Friday mornings from September to May, with both Dr. Kelly Weegar and Dr. Julia Ryan at every session—a consistent, trusted space to think through cases together. From identification and assessment to what comes after, such as how an autism formulation shapes therapy, recommendations, and conversations with clients and families, we are here to support what to do when the usual approaches don't quite fit when supporting autistic clients. Bringing child, adolescent, and adult perspectives into the same room, we sharpen our skills in differential diagnosis, adapting supports, and neurodiversity-affirming practice—and get better at recognizing and supporting autistic people at every stage of life. Boost your confidence in identifying autism and gain practical tools for affirming care in this specialized workshop series led by Drs. Julia Ryan and Kelly Weegar.
Designed for autonomous and supervised clinicians (including students), these workshops dive into the modern landscape of autism care. Topics span from accurate identification and diagnostic methods to report writing and neurodiversity-affirming support strategies.
These workshops offer flexible participation; each one is a standalone learning experience. You're welcome to register for a single topic or complete the full series in any order.
