At Julia Ryan Psychology, we foster a growth-minded and collaborative environment where clinicians have the autonomy to prioritize their clinical interests and judgment, while being supported by a strong, tight-knit team. Our mission is to provide a balance of independence and community, allowing our clinicians to thrive professionally while focusing on their clients’ needs. We believe in the power of teamwork and are committed to creating an environment where every clinician can grow, learn, and succeed.

As part of our team, you’ll benefit from the resources and support of an established practice, including a steady stream of referrals, shared office space, and access to practice management tools. Our dedicated administrative team handles billing, scheduling, and other essential tasks so that you can focus on providing excellent care. You’ll also have access to ongoing professional development opportunities, including training, supervision, and peer collaboration, helping you stay at the forefront of evidence-based practices. We value the exchange of ideas and regularly offer opportunities for team discussions, case reviews, and workshops.

Our practice is a place where clinicians are encouraged to work both independently and collaboratively, with opportunities for involvement in supervision, mentorship, and leadership. We support each team member’s professional journey and celebrate the diversity of skills and perspectives that each clinician brings to the table.

If you’re a clinician looking for the benefits of autonomy alongside the support of a collaborative and growing practice, we would love to hear from you. Join us and be part of a community that values professional growth, teamwork, and the well-being of both clinicians and clients. Please see below for current opportunities.
