Therapy Update:  We are open for new clients aged 16+ and offer both in-person and virtual therapy. We also offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation to ensure you are paired with a therapist who understands your goals. Click here to submit a request for therapy and our intake team will follow-up with you shortly.
