Julia Ryan Psychology is a neurodiversity-affirming assessment practice in Ottawa, working across the lifespan with individuals, children, youth, and families. We provide comprehensive, evidence-based, client-driven care for neurodevelopmental differences and the mental-health needs that accompany them — and right now, we have more referrals than we can take on. For a clinician joining us, that means steady, meaningful work from day one, and the support to focus on it rather than on building a practice.

Who we're looking for

We're currently seeking a Psychologist or Psychologist in Supervised Practice with strong clinical skills, sound critical thinking, high integrity, and a commitment to inclusive, client-centered care. Comfort with adult comprehensive assessment — including ADHD and autism — is the heart of this role, though our work spans neurodevelopmental and mental-health assessment across the lifespan. Training & Practicum

Growing clinicians is part of who we are, so we also welcome practicum students — including those who arrange their own placements — along with supervised-practice candidates and early-career clinicians seeking mentorship in neurodevelopmental assessment.
