YOUTH GROUPS

We are committed to offering meaningful services that reflect the real needs of neurodivergent individuals and their families. Our groups are designed to build connection, support skill development, and foster a strong sense of identity and resilience. Our services are thoughtfully designed to meet clinical needs while remaining flexible and person-centered. We integrate evidence-based approaches with lived experience to promote resilience, confidence, and a sense of community. Whether you are navigating life with a differently wired brain or supporting someone who is, we are here to support you.

Saturday Youth Group

ages 13-19

Our Saturday youth groups offer a welcoming, supportive space where neurodivergent youth can nurture interests, build confidence, and explore connection at their own pace. Through activity-based programming both in-clinic and in the community, participants engage in shared interests while developing social, communication, and everyday life skills in meaningful, real-world contexts.

Our approach is flexible, strength-based, and grounded in neurodiversity-affirming practices, with a focus on fostering resilience and self-understanding. We recognize that young people vary widely in their desire for friendships and connection; this group is not about forcing social interaction, but about offering a safe, respectful community where youth can explore connection in ways that feel right for them.

Summer Day Program for Late-Diagnosed Autistic Teens

ages 13-19

Our Intensive Day Program provides a structured, supportive environment for youth navigating mental health challenges and difficulties with school attendance. Designed for young people who may be feeling overwhelmed, disengaged, or stuck, the program offers a balance of therapeutic support, skill-building, and interest-based activities to help participants reconnect with themselves, others, and daily routines.

Through a combination of in-clinic and community-based programming, youth are supported in developing emotional regulation, coping strategies, confidence, and practical life skills. The program emphasizes predictability, flexibility, and relational safety, meeting each participant where they are while gently supporting growth and re-engagement.

Our approach is neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, and strength-based. We recognize that school attendance challenges often reflect unmet needs rather than lack of motivation, and we work collaboratively to support youth in building resilience, agency, and readiness for next steps—whether that involves a gradual return to school, alternative pathways, or other meaningful routines.
