Jayson Yung

Jayson is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) that is dedicated to offering neurodiverse-affirming care for individuals (Age 18+). He earned his Master’s in Counselling, Psychotherapy, and Spirituality from Saint Paul University and holds an Honours B.A. in Psychology from Carleton University.

With warmth and empathy, Jayson strives to create a safe and inclusive space where you can share and explore your feelings, thoughts, and life experiences. He values fostering a genuine connection and works alongside you to create personalized therapeutic plans that reflect your individual values and needs.

Through a client-centered approach that integrates techniques from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Attachment-Based Psychotherapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) he supports clients with anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, executive functioning, burnout, life transitions, grief, self-acceptance, and relationship dynamics (e.g., familial, romantic, friendship, peer). He has also gained experience through volunteering at Kids Help Phone and working in the human resources field.
