Zoey Burr

Zoey Burr graduated from the University of Ottawa with an Honours BSc in Psychology. She has previously completed her honours thesis under the supervision of Dr. Julia Ryan regarding the cognitive overlap between Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and anxiety symptoms through event segmentation. Zoey is proficient in both official languages and has various experiences working with children and adolescents as a tutor, summer camp counsellor, early childhood educator assistant, and caregiver. Specifically, her past work experiences have allowed her to acquire skills working with children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Post-traumatic stress disorder, Fetal Alcohol Syndrome, and verbal/non-verbal learning disabilities. Zoey enjoys working with children, adolescents, and their families while projecting positivity.

As a psychometrist, Zoey is responsible for conducting testing with clients including cognitive, academic, language, and memory testing. Zoey also helps organize client files and maintain the office space along with other administrative tasks.
