Groups

We aim to continually provide varying opportunities for our clients and neurodivergent in the community to "find their tribe" and learn skills for coping and navigating the challenges associated with moving through the world with a differently wired brain, or supporting loved one with a differently wired brain. Our groups typically integrate evidence-based approaches with a flexible approach tailored to the group to support resilience, acceptance and identity, and social/peer connections.
