Kelly is a dedicated Developmental Service Worker with over 30 years of experience supporting autistic and neurodivergent children, youth, and adults across educational and community settings. Her work is rooted in a deep commitment to inclusion, empowerment, and honoring neurodivergent identities.
Kelly is known for her strength-based, interest-driven approach, which respects each individual’s unique abilities and passions to foster meaningful engagement and skill development. She believes in using shared interests to build authentic social connections and in supporting individuals to express themselves in ways that feel natural and affirming.
Her extensive background includes training as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and experience as an ABA therapist, as well as professional development in sensory integration, social skills development, self-regulation, speech and language, and alternative and augmentative communication (AAC) systems. Kelly is committed to maintaining the highest professional standards through ongoing training and education to ensure her practices are current, ethical, and effective.
Outside of her professional work, Kelly enjoys spending time in nature—camping, hiking, and exploring the outdoors. She also enjoys music and plays guitar, and she brings her creativity to life through crafting and painting. She often incorporates these interests into her work, helping youth connect through shared creative and recreational experiences.
Above all, Kelly is passionate about helping individuals find their voice and feel truly included, supported, and celebrated for who they are.
