Mental Strength Skills for Athletes: Part 1


Are you an athlete looking to up your mental game? This workbook series is for you! During my Ph.D., while I was training in Olympic Weightlifting and scaling the ranks in Canada to become a 2x National Champion, I applied the knowledge I had from my clinical psychology training to my athletic performance. A lot of the concepts in psychology, even clinical psychology, can directly apply to performance in other areas. Athletes are a particular population who can benefit from solid mental strength skills, both to enhance performance and prevent burn out.

Previously a three hour in person workshop, this workbook series has been broken down into  3 parts so you can work through these ideas at your own pace and hang onto them forever. Part 2 and 3 coming soon!
